Responsible disclosure
- Give us reasonable time to investigate and remediate before public disclosure.
- Avoid privacy violations, data destruction, and service disruption.
- Do not access or modify data that is not yours.
- Provide enough detail to reproduce the issue (steps, impact, affected URL or component).
Scope (current)
- This website and its Cloudflare-hosted endpoints (for example, form APIs under
/api/*). - Official Raven Logics domains once published in DNS.
Product binaries and services will expand this scope as they become publicly available. Third-party services and social accounts are out of scope unless we explicitly say otherwise.
What to expect
We will acknowledge valid reports as capacity allows, assess impact, and prioritize fixes. We may request clarification. A formal bug bounty program is not offered at this time.
